Manage Your Service and Delivery Schedule
As your cooking habits change, vacations get planned (lucky you!) and schedules shift, we want your farm box service to keep up with your unique lifestyle.
Here’s a quick guide to all the things you can do on your online Manage Service page to keep your farm box subscription flexible and customized just for you!
Add an extra one-time delivery
Easily add an extra, one-time delivery from the calendar view. Click the plus sign (+) located on the available delivery dates for your area.
One-time deliveries are stand-alone deliveries and are not affected by any changes to your regular service (such as changing your box size or next delivery date). Similar to your regularly scheduled deliveries, one-time deliveries can be customized and/or cancelled anytime before your modification period ends.
Useful For: when you’re anticipating hungry house guests, family gatherings or want to spend the weekend making lots of soup.
Skip a delivery
Have a delivery scheduled that you’d like to skip? No problem; simply click the delivery icon on the date you’d like cancel.
You’ll be asked if you’d like to donate your delivery to a local foodbank to help those in need. Skipping an individual delivery won’t affect your regular delivery schedule/frequency.
Useful For: when you’re heading out of town, have a tropical vacation planned or anticipate having no room in the refrigerator because it’s filled with cherry pie.
Change your Overall Service
To make a change to your overall service (instead of an individual delivery date) scroll past the calendar and find your Manage Services panel.
From there, use the drop down menus to change your Farm Box Service, Delivery & Payment Information and Custom Options like adding an item to your Never Send List (a list of produce items you do not want included in your deliveries) or Recurring Items List (a list of items you have chosen to be automatically added to each delivery).
Please remember that the cut-off for all changes (customizations, edits, cancellations) to a delivery/service must be made before your unique modification window closes.
Useful For: when you want to change your overall farm box service instead of one or two individual deliveries.

Hi there, I have enjoyed this service, but am moving in a couple of weeks so would like to cancel my account for the moment. When I get settled at my new address in Sedro Woolley, I’ll check in again and see if you deliver in that area. I can’t figure out how to cancel on the new website. I must say it is confusing and took me awhile to figure out how to customize my box. It was easy to find how to postpone a delivery or change billing or password on account, but difficult to find the ‘customize box’ section. If I may make a suggestion, that the ‘customize my box’ be added under the ‘Manage my Services’ or a box directly on the front sign in page. Just a thought.

I have modified my seed box and then decided to change one or two items. When I do that it seems that the whole order reverts back to the original order that you set up.
Am I imagining this or am I missing an instruction?

I am unsubscribing because your service does not fit with my family's schedule and style of meal planning. I was very happy to see that my delivery was early enough that I was able to put it away before leaving for work so thank you for that.
One quality issue with my last delivery (6/9) was that the 2 peaches in the box were not ripe on Friday but they were completely moldy on Monday. The 2 nectarines were delicious although still slightly under ripe on Monday. Also the cantaloupe looked like it was about to spoil on Monday but when I cut it up in the evening it only had 1 small bad spot.

A suggestion you should be able to make adjustments anytime so you don't forget at the last minute..
