We Give Thanks
Farm News
There are so many things we are thankful for. We start with our farm crew who are phenomenal in strength and endurance to grow, cultivate and harvest the food we bring from the land to your tables. The days are brutally long, and the wear and tear on our bodies as farmers is quite significant. To Ziggy, Emily, Fidencio, Josephina, Juaquin, Felicitas, Chrisoforo, Concha, Mario, and Uriel—thank you! Muchas, muchas gracias for weathering the many days of rain, cold, mud and washing late into evenings all year long. We are truly in debt to you. As farmers, we can grow the food with profound respect for Mother Nature, and with deep gratitude to you, our members, in support of sustainable, local produce — but without our farm crew, we could not connect these two worlds, providing you with the highest quality fruits and vegetables.
It has been an exceedingly difficult year for so many facing food shortages, environmental catastrophes, and natural disasters including the latest blazes to devastate residents in California. We must thank the countless folks who help and rescue in these often-overwhelming situations. Please consider giving thanks in the form of donations this week and in the future.
This holiday season join our farm’s efforts to get nutritious produce into the hands of those battling hunger. Choose a Sprout-size box and provide a family of 4 enough fruits and veggies for up to 5 days! Or, Full Circle members can add a $10 donation when you Customize.
It’s easy to donate, and anyone can help! You don’t have to be a Full Circle customer to Donate-A-Box through our website. Visit www.fullcircle.com/donate to help make a difference in someone’s life this holiday season, and any time throughout the year.
We wish you all a very blessed Thanksgiving and give our most heartfelt thank you for your continued support.

Is your romaine lettuce safe?
FCWPEditor Editor says
Thank you for your inquiry about Romaine lettuce. While the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is advising consumers not to eat and to throw away any type of Romaine lettuce, we believe all the lettuce grown on our farm is safe. The CDC investigation is ongoing, and their advice will be updated as more information is available. In the meantime, we understand that you should do what you feel is best for your household, and we are happy to provide a credit for the Romaine lettuce from your recent delivery.
