There is nothing more satisfying than waking-up on a chilly January morning to the smell of fresh coffee brewing. But honestly, coffee is a favorite beverage around the farm in every season. This is why we are very excited to offer Full Circle customers delectable organic coffee varietals from Pachamama Coffee, a farmer-owned coffee cooperative.

Established in 2001, Pachamama is the only coffee roaster in the United Sates that is 100% owned and governed by a five-member group who represents over 140,000 coffee farmers and their families located Peru, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico and Ethiopia.

Pachamama is the only coffee roaster in the United States that is 100% owned and governed by thousands of family farmers around the world. What does 100% farmer owned mean? It means that all the shares in the business are owned by the farmers. The farmers have invested in roasting, brewing and delivering their best coffees to the United States. global co-op is governed by 5 member-groups from Peru, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico and Ethiopia. Each Pachamama member has 1 vote on Board of Directors. All the profits are paid proportionally to members in relation to the coffee they have sold through Pachamama.

Pachamama carefully crafts and tests their organic blends and flavor profiles by taking a sensory journey from when they first open the burlap sack and the aroma that fills the air to gauging the physical and chemical reactions that take place during the roasting process to create a final roast that best suits the coffee.

We are proud to offer their organic French roast, a tried-and-true dark roast that is well known for its bold, strong and smooth flavor. Their organic Espresso Roast is offers a bold flavor that still has complexity for the discerning palate. Look for decaf, breakfast blend, and coffees from Mexico, and Ethiopia too!

Full Circle members – head on over to our online Farm Stand Market to customize your upcoming delivery. Market is open from noon on Thursday until 6 pm on your cutoff date. After you confirm your produce items, click the orange button “Confirm and Continue To Other Farm Products” to add farm products to your delivery.
